Come to enjoy the authentic charm of a real bistro dedicated to the cuisine of Lyon.
Created in 1890, this restaurant full of history has been taken by Alain Ducasse in 2002 and offers a declination of talent and modern interpretation of the Lyonnaise cuisine. Experiment an exceptional culinary journey ! 

On the menu, the pride of the house : Coddle egg, crayfish, Nantua sauce ; Lyonnaise chef pot - Suckling pig and duck foie gras ; "Marjolaine" chocolate and praline cake, light vanilla custard cream.

But you could also taste this winter : Vegetables and fruits in a Cookpot with grated horseradish ; A piece of wild monkfish fried in butter with slowly baked sliced potatoes ; The farm chicken boiled in a pot with root vegetables ; The Saint-Marcellin cheese of the Mère Richard (cheese of the region) ; The pears soft biscuit with chestnut ice cream ; The classic Aux Lyonnais dessert : Tart with pink sugared almonds and île flottante (island of meringue floating in vanilla sauce)
